What we do: We offer 11 different exercise and voice training classes a week at 4 different challenge levels, education, and social support. Our programs are free and led by specialized Physical and Speech Therapists.

We moved our Parkinson's wellness programs to the new location at STARS Rehab Parkinson's and Neurologic Health Center! We picked up another 500 square feet of gym space. All Parkinson's Exercise Classes will be located at 1711 Lakeside Ave, Suite 5. St. Augustine, FL. 32084. Unfortunately we still have some work to complete and until further notice our speech therapy programs will operate out of our Mariner Health Way location.
