Thanks to CoRK Galleries for donating the use of the CoRKSHARE space, to Gregory Paul’s and Grom for donating delicious food, to Green Frog Custom T-shirts for donating custom-printed aprons, and to the many people who volunteered their time to help make Pablo’s Birthday celebration a success.

A huge Thank You to Pablo Rivera for donating so many of his beautiful pieces. Works of his art are still available for purchase, and the proceeds will continue to benefit Jax Hope and people with Parkinson's.

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, Pablo Rivera celebrated his 90th Birthday at the CoRKSHOP Space in downtown Jacksonville. More than 500 pieces of his art—watercolors, pastels, gouache, ink and wash, pencil sketches, and photography spanning over thirty years of work—were on display and for sale to benefit Jax Hope Inc. and people with Parkinsons. In attendance were Pablo’s wife and landscape artist Allison Watson (with whom he shares a studio at CoRK Arts District) and over 100 guests including friends and family, volunteers, members of the Jacksonville Art Community, the Jax Hope team, and members of various Jacksonville Parkinson’s support groups.

Like the red tulip, which represents hope, strength, and resilience for people living with Parkinson's, the yellow tulips in iFlores de Mis Sueños 9, a photograph by Pablo Rivera (right) are our inspiration to keep Pablo's Fundraiser going this April in celebration of Parkinson's Awareness Month!
