About the event
The JAXHOPE Caregiver Symposium for patients and caregivers will focus on providing useful education to patients and caregivers about the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s Disease. This all-day event will promote a comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient-centric care model featuring specialists in neurology, psychiatry, and physical therapy. This event will promote community engagement, increase awareness, and build relationships with Parkinson’s disease stakeholders (i.e. sponsors, donors, researchers, patients, etc.) locally and regionally.
